Avocado bowl with Raspberries
We are seriously addicted to avocados, though we have reduced out consumption because of the ecological footprint. So it is more of a treat! And what a beneficial treat – avocados are loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids, fibre and can lower cholesterol and triglyceride level. Nevertheless, we should always remember that the avocado’s ecological balance is not optimal. So it’s not for every day, for the sake of the environment.
Ingredients for 2 to 3 servings
The avocado bowl with raspberries is a full meal with only a few ingredients! Make it into smaller portion and you have a healthy desert!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 500 gr Greek yogurt
- 2 – 3 tbsp fir honey, best in organic quality
- 2 cups of raspberries, or frozen raspberries
- 2 – 3 tbsp Walnut Granola per serving
Mix the ripe avocado, the yogurt and the fir honey in a blender until smooth. Top with the granola and raspberries.
