There are those days that a smoothie is all there is time to make before rushing out the door. Whatever you usually put in your smoothie you can always add any HIVE granola into it for that extra power and energy.
With this Golden October Smoothie we mix apples with HIVE Pumpkin Space Granola.
Apple Smoothie with HIVE Pumpkin Spice
Ingredients (makes 2-3 smoothies)
- 4 apples
- 400g Greek yogurt or skyr
- 100 ml oat drink or whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons HIVE Pumpkin Spice Granola
- Lemon juice or lemon zest
Peel and core the apples. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Alternatively you can mix all the ingredients except the HIVE Pumpkin Spice Granola and top your smoothie with the Granola.
Now if your blender is not a strong one or you do not have fresh apples you can always add apple compote or apple sauce just make sure that it is pure apple and not with added sugar and preservatives.
