It is free of refined sugar, just like all HIVE The Good Life granolas and müsli. Porridge or oatmeal is eaten warm with or without fruit. It is prepared with hot water, milk or a plant based milk substitutes, allow to simmer, and sit for a few minutes until it thickens. The addition of finely chopped pecans is what makes this oatmeal different, for an extra crunch add a spoonful of HIVE granola on top.
