I honestly can’t pick a favourite of all the Hive varieties of granola. They all taste like a bountiful medley of nutty, golden, flavours some of which transport you from breakfast tables in Beirut to South Carolina. But as a salt lover, I adore the savoury granola for it’s yumminess and versatility. Its deep tomato flavour mixed with nuts, and sumac make it ideal for snacking, topping on salads, and for starting the day flavourfully. Serve with nuts and olives alongside an aperitif or if you’re like me, eat them straight from the pack and hope there’s some left over for the next day.
